Nose: Almonds and caramel with plenty of figs and cherries to provide substance.

Palate: Dried fruits, notably dates and raisins, smoke, toffee and a smidgen of cinnamon.

Finish: A long smoky finish with flavours from the palate making welcome encores.

Overall: Plenty of rich notes with that heathery Highland Park smoke present throughout.
